Westrock Finance Inc. Westrock provides financing information and introduction services and may act as an authorized representative of Lease Link Canada, a Credicor Financial Corp. company, during the financing process.
1. Our Role
Westrock operates in two capacities:
Inquiry Stage
We independently collect basic contact information so we can respond to your request and discuss financing options.
Financing Stage
If you choose to proceed with financing, Westrock acts as an authorized representative of Lease Link Canada. You will be directed to Lease Link Canada’s secure application where separate consent will be requested and your application information will be collected.
By choosing to proceed, you understand Westrock Finance Inc. and Lease Link Canada participate together in the same financing transaction and information may be exchanged between them for that purpose.
2. Information We Collect
Through our website or communications, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Information you provide in your message or inquiry
- Records of communications with you
We do not collect financial, identification, or credit information through this website inquiry form.
3. Purpose of Collection
We collect and use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Discuss financing options
- Connect you with Lease Link Canada for financing services
- Maintain communication records
- Comply with legal requirements
4. Financing Applications
If you proceed with financing, you will be directed to a secure application platform operated by Lease Link Canada (Credicor Financial Corp.).
All financial, credit, and identification information is collected directly within Lease Link Canada’s application process and governed by their privacy policy and consent terms.
Westrock does not host, store, or independently maintain separate records of application data outside of systems used in the Lease Link Canada financing process.
Credit reports are obtained only after you complete a financing application and provide authorization within Lease Link Canada’s application process.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may share your inquiry information with:
- Lease Link Canada and Credicor Financial Corp. personnel assisting with your request
- Service providers supporting communications or website operations
- Authorities where required by law
We do not sell personal information.
Additional disclosure to lenders and credit reporting agencies occurs only after you submit a financing application and provide consent within Lease Link Canada’s application process.
6. Consent
By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above.
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
7. Marketing Communications (CASL)
Inquiry consent does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
We will only send promotional or marketing messages where express consent has been obtained. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
